Dr. Nicolas Bergeot received a PhD in Internal Geophysics in 2007 from the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (IPGP, France). During his phD he processed GPS data for ground deformation interpretation (tectonic and seismic cycle) in a subduction zone context. Since the end of 2007, he is member of the GNSS research group at the Royal Observatory of Belgium. He is working on ionosphere monitoring and research in the frame of the Solar-Terrestrial Center of Excellence. He is lecturer at the University Catholique de Louvain since 2010.
